Lulu He – PADI Staff Instructor April 2016
Becoming a PADI Staff Instructor is the first step to furthering your education within the PADI system of training and at the Instructor Training Level. Lulu He participated in the April 2016 PADI Instructor Development Course with Course Directors Natalie Hunt and Guillaume Fargues where she dedicated her time to developing her personal skills and knowledge of the PADI Standards and Teaching Techniques.
The first few days Lulu was evaluated for her personal skills ( skill circuit demonstrations in the confined pool environment) and also assessments of her knowledge for Dive Theory topics on Physics, Physiology, Dive Skills and The Environment, Decompression Theory and Equipment along with the PADI Standards for instructing.
After completion of her personal assessment Lulu began her training in Evaluating presentations for IDC Candidates including Academic, Confined and Open Water Presentations. Lulu is an exceptional Staff Instructor as she also assisted with the translation for the Chinese IDC Candidates and on the final day for Instructor Examination she was asked to Translate for the examiner. Well Done!
Evaluation in the Open Water Presentations
On another note it is also wonderful to know that Lulu He received a letter from a past student complimenting her on her training as an Instructor in the Undersea Journal . Such wonderful feedback.
